Embroidered patches are a vibrant, long-lasting, and affordable way to personalize apparel and accessories. Be it for gifting, advertisement, communities, or any other usage, we can help you bring your vision to life. 

Our small business primarily focuses on made-to-order custom accessories in smaller quantities(<50), this way we can guarantee that every item we create is made with care and attention to detail. If you’re searching to get hundreds of patches for as cheap as possible, we’re not the right company, but if you’re looking for handcrafted patches made in the USA with no minimum order quantity, you’re at the right place.

Our process: 

Design 

If you already have a design: we’ll need images of your design(s) for reference. For best results, please to provide the image(s) in good quality and high resolution. 

Alternatively, if you already have a machine embroidery file pre-made, we'll require it in .pes or .dst format.

If you don’t have a design yet: We can make it for you! 

We’ll need a detailed description of your idea and any reference images you might have to help bring your concept to life. 

The prices entail the possibility of redrawing/ major changes in the artwork up to 3 times in the check-in phases. Major changes include redrawing elements, changing the layout and composition etc. Changes such as colors or font types are not considered major changes. 

The client will receive progress shots of the phases to follow my work and submit change requests as needed. 

Once a phase is approved by the client, no free revisions can be asked on that part of the designing process. 

At the end of the design process, the client will receive the design in hi-res image format (png, tiff, pdf, jpeg etc.).   

Price and production time depend on the complexity of the design. Please inquire for accurate estimates. 

 

Digitizing 

Digitizing entails the process of converting artwork into a digital file using a software that allows embroidery machines to understand the needle's path. Digitizing can make or break an embroidery design, and make a real difference between results. Each of our designs is hand-digitized with expertise, we never use auto-digitizing to ensure the best quality for your patches. 

The client will receive a digital mock-up of the digitized version for approval. 

Upon approval, a test stitch-out will be made and the client will receive photos/videos of the embroidered design. 

Digitizing turnaround time: 1-4 business days, depending on complexity and urgency 

Digitizing fees:

$20/hour 

The digitizing fee includes the test stitch-out and changes as needed. 

For reference, a simple design (text, basic shapes, few colors etc.) is usually done within 1-2 hours, while a more complex design can take up to 4-5. We can provide an accurate estimate of the time necessary based on the reference image for your design. 

 

Making the patch(es)

Once the test stitch-out is approved by the client, we’ll begin making the final patch(es). 

Turnaround time: 2-8 business days depending on quantity and complexity. 

We can also accommodate rush orders for an additional fee. If you need your custom patches made and delivered ASAP, please inquire for a quote. 

 

Shipping 

We package our patches in sealed polybags secured with cardboard backing. 

We ship from Maine via USPS the next business day after the completion of the orders. 

Shipping options for domestic shipping: 

USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days, with tracking, $5-$10 depending on weight and location 

USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days, with tracking, $9-$15 depending on weight and location, includes insurance up to $100 

USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days, with tracking, $35-$50  depending on weight and location, includes insurance up to $100 

For international shipping fees and times, please inquire for an estimate. 

Patch price/piece   

This price stands for the unit price of the embroidering per patch and does NOT contain digitizing, designing, or shipping fees.

Payment: 

For orders under 20 patches: PayPal invoice, paid in advance 

For orders over 21 patches: PayPal invoice, half paid in advance, half upon completion of the embroidery process.  

 

Additional information

Returns and exchanges for custom orders are not possible. 

Cancellation and a full refund are possible within 24 hours of the order being placed - except for rush orders. 

Once we start working on the order, a full refund is not possible. The client can get refunded for the process phases not initiated yet. 

We hold the right to turn down any commission we feel uncomfortable doing at our own discretion, this is not up for debate. We will not create designs and embroidery on any subject that's meant to be offensive to any race, religion, minority group etc.
We hold the right to share and use the commissioned designs and patches as part of our portfolio unless agreed upon in writing otherwise.

The client may sell the patches created by us, credits are much appreciated. 

The client may not sell or redistribute the design and/or embroidery files created by us unless purchased for commercial usage. 

We do not consent to the usage of our artworks, designs and embroidery files in any AI software, AI training, or minting.
